Our benefit consulting practice operates on the principle that since we have no direct power or authority to implement solutions in a client organization, it falls to us to inspire and guide the efforts of those who do. In this context, there are three roles which we assume on behalf of our clients:

• To be an “Extra Pair of Hands”, performing certain functions which
  clients could probably do themselves, but have neither the time nor the staff at that moment to dedicate to those jobs.
• We are “Experts” who call upon our own resources to share time
  proven perspectives and to teach specific techniques.
• We are “Collaborative” in establishing a relationship with the CEO and
  his or her team in which we work together to identify key benefit needs, develop benefit strategies and implement specific programs.
